Day One

I'm going to start posting everything I eat during the course of the day. Hopefully this will prove to be insprawrational - ugghh no more jokes for me haha.. so here it goes DAY ONE

Breakfast
Carrot, Jicama and Apple Juice
with a banana

Brunch
Trader Joes Raw Trail Mix
Almond Milk
Fresh sliced strawberries

Lunch
Mango/Apple/Flaxseed smoothie
with a tangerine and some watermelon

Dinner
5 Minute Asian Wraps
